If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Independence Disclaimer

Ember Elite Creator Network is an independent creator network. We are not owned, operated, or controlled by TikTok, ByteDance, or any of their affiliates.

TikTok is not responsible for creator compensation, network operations, or any agreements between Ember Elite and its creators. All compensation, mentorship, and operational services described on this website are provided solely by Ember Elite Creator Network (ERH Ventures LLC). TikTok's LIVE gifting rewards and mission payouts are governed entirely by TikTok's own terms and policies.

3. Eligibility

To participate in the Ember Elite Creator Network, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside in the United States or Canada. You must have a valid TikTok account in good standing and comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4. Services Provided

Ember Elite provides the following services to accepted creators:

• Talent scouting and creator onboarding
• 1-on-1 mentorship and performance coaching
• LIVE streaming strategy and mission optimization
• Performance analytics and tier progression tracking
• Career advancement pathways (Creator Manager roles)

5. Creator Obligations

As a member of the Ember Elite Creator Network, you agree to:

• Meet the minimum streaming requirements (8 valid LIVE days and 20 valid LIVE hours per month)
• Actively engage with your assigned creator manager
• Follow through on mission strategies provided by your manager
• Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times
• Represent yourself and the network professionally during LIVE streams

6. Earnings & Compensation

Creator earnings from TikTok LIVE are determined entirely by TikTok's own reward systems, including the Scaled LIVE Rewards program. Ember Elite does not control, guarantee, or set payout rates.

References to "up to 53% of LIVE rewards" reflect TikTok's Scaled LIVE Rewards program structure (up to 40% from Per-LIVE Missions + up to 13% from Weekly Missions). Actual earnings depend on your performance, mission completion, and TikTok's policies, which may change at any time.

Ember Elite does not guarantee any specific level of income or earnings. Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, audience engagement, and factors outside our control.

7. No Cost to Join

There is no upfront fee to join Ember Elite Creator Network. We earn through TikTok's Creator Network compensation structure, which means our success is directly tied to your success as a creator.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the creator-network relationship at any time. Ember Elite reserves the right to remove creators who consistently fail to meet minimum requirements, violate TikTok's policies, or engage in conduct that is harmful to the network or its members.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials on this website are the property of ERH Ventures LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent. Your LIVE stream content remains your own.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ember Elite Creator Network (ERH Ventures LLC) is not liable for any changes to TikTok's platform, policies, payout structures, or reward programs. We are not responsible for any loss of earnings, account suspensions, or platform changes that are outside our control. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
